Vegas Venom Volleyball (“Vegas Venom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vegasvenomvolleyball.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Because many of our athletes are minors, we encourage parents and guardians to review this policy with us if you have questions.
Information We Collect
The Site collects information you choose to submit through the contact form, including:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- The topic and message you submit
We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising trackers on this Site, and we do not knowingly collect any information beyond what you voluntarily submit through the contact form.
How We Use Information
Contact form submissions are sent directly to the appropriate Vegas Venom staff member’s email inbox so we can respond to your question or request. Submissions are not stored in a database on this Site and are not used for marketing or sold or rented to third parties.
Registration & Payments
Tryout and tournament registration, along with all related payments, are handled by our partner platform, Crossbar, at crossbar.vegasvenomvolleyball.com. When you register through Crossbar, you are providing information directly to Crossbar and are subject to Crossbar’s own privacy policy and terms. Vegas Venom does not process or store payment information.
Information From Minors
Vegas Venom programs serve athletes ages 12–18. Where a form on this Site is completed on behalf of a minor, we expect it to be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us directly without parental involvement, please contact us so we can address it.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services we don’t control, including Crossbar and our social media accounts (such as Instagram). Those services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them separately.
Data Retention
Email correspondence sent through the contact form is retained in staff email inboxes only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.

We may update this policy from time to time as the Site changes. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
